Jobs which are influenced by AI

  • Data Entry Clerks: AI excels at automating repetitive tasks, including data entry. Machine learning algorithms can quickly process, organize, and update vast amounts of data with minimal errors, making this role highly susceptible to automation.

  • Customer Service Representatives: Chatbots and virtual assistants powered by AI can handle a wide range of customer service tasks, from answering FAQs to troubleshooting basic issues, 24/7, without human fatigue.

  • Software Testers: AI can automate the testing of software applications, quickly identifying bugs or issues based on patterns and historical data. This not only speeds up the development cycle but also reduces the likelihood of human error.

  • Market Research Analysts: AI algorithms can sift through massive datasets to identify trends, market insights, and consumer preferences much faster and more accurately than humans, making traditional market research roles less critical.
